Exam Invigilators | Registration Staff | Lab Supervisors

About the Role

We are hiring responsible and detail-oriented individuals to join our operations team for the upcoming exam sessions at Exam Centers. The role involves ensuring smooth conduct of examinations (include all type of examinations) while maintaining discipline, accuracy, and professional decorum.

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Assist in registration and verification of candidates
▪️ Monitor examination halls as an invigilator
▪️ Support lab and IT supervisors during online exams
▪️ Ensure adherence to exam protocols and safety guidelines
▪️ Maintain attendance and reporting accuracy
▪️ Coordinate with exam center officials and supervisors for daily operations

Eligibility Criteria

▪️ Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
▪️ Age: 18 to 35 years. (Candidates above 35 may be considered based on prior relevant experience.)
▪️ Communication: Good verbal and written skills in English/Hindi
▪️ Documents Required at Joining:
 Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Address Proof, Educational Certificates (X to highest qualification)

Work Schedule

Normal Days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Exam Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Breakfast & Lunch provided)
Schedule may vary as per exam requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

▪️ Salary: ₹ 2,50,000 (CTC)
▪️ Meals: Breakfast and lunch provided on exam days
▪️ Leave Policy: 4 leaves/month (as per roster)
▪️ Uniforms: Provided at joining (3 sets)

Additional Requirements

▪️ Mandatory Police Verification Certificate through local police station
▪️ Background Check (BGV/CRC) must be completed before deployment
▪️ Candidates must be punctual, presentable, and professional in conduct
